About two weeks of maceration on the skins, with various pump-overs and delestages. Malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged in French oak barriques for 24 months. Before being marketed, the wine is refined for a period in glass. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who have given, with a mandate contract with representation, a sales assignment to iuain.com which, therefore, acts exclusively as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under their own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided for by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
