Fermentation at controlled temperature and aging for several months take place in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by further refinement in the bottle for several months. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is fine and intense, with hints of aromatic herbs, elderflower, tropical fruit, and citrus. Savory, mineral, with pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent. With aging, the mineral aromatic components become more pronounced. The refined body envelops the palate in an elegant and balanced play of velvety notes and fresh acidity. The aftertaste does not disappoint and surprises with its persistence.
