The Sparkling Rosé from Refosco grapes shows its liveliness with an intense pink color, on the nose it opens with fruity hints of wild strawberry and cherry, and on the palate it recalls a crunchy juiciness balanced by acidity and fine bubbles. Vinification Description: Hand harvesting of the grapes, destemming, skin maceration for one night, pressing the following day and fermentation for 5-6 days, which is interrupted with a good residual sugar to preserve the fruity notes that will be enhanced with the second fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method) for about 60 days. Pairings: A fresh and fragrant wine that with its balanced softness cheerfully accompanies aperitifs and appetizers for sociable moments, from platters of cold cuts and cheeses to fried foods and tempura.
