Probably one of the most underrated references from Dupont, at least in Italy, but certainly one of our favorites here at Maltese. The true charm of this beer, in our opinion, is its ability to express all the rustic character of malt caramelization, which occurs during mashing over an open flame. A drink that takes the mind back in time and has enormous pairing potential, thanks to the depth of its toasted, fruity, and very intense honey notes. Not so much a pub beer, but definitely a great ally for your dinners with succulent dishes and your important barbecues.
