Zinnebir is a Pale Ale with a Belgian twist, perfectly balanced, with a golden color that slightly leans towards amber. It develops fruity and hoppy aromas reminiscent of dried apricot and orange marmalade. All of this rests on a slightly biscuity malt base, with an elegant bitterness. Born in the basements of a social center in Brussels in April 2002, it is the founding beer of the Brasserie de la Senne.
