Our braid with buffalo milk is a fresh pulled-curd cheese made exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of curdling and is available in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it along with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not to keep it in the refrigerator.
