Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh spun cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, milk, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal hand-cutting process and is available in round or braid form, in various sizes, ranging from a minimum of 50 g to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, especially during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing the entire package in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its brine and not to place it in the refrigerator. Milk origin: Italy. Ingredients: buffalo milk 97%, milk, rennet, and salt.
