Our braid with buffalo milk is a fresh spun pasta cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of curdling and is available in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its soaking liquid and not to place it in the refrigerator.
