Our braid with buffalo milk is a fresh pasta filata cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal mozzatura process and is available in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas better when consumed at a temperature of around 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. It is advised to always keep the mozzarella in its whey and not to store it in the refrigerator.
