Tortellini: Fresh egg pasta filled with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Mortadella Bologna IGP, and Prosciutto Crudo, made following the official guidelines filed with the Chamber of Commerce of Modena (Auth. No. 5 of 14/04/2004), to bring the authentic taste of tradition to your table. Conveniently packaged in ATM (1 x 500 gr. or 4 x 500 gr) easily stored in the refrigerator. Note: Fresh Pasta shipments are usually made on Tuesdays for orders received by the previous Sunday. The filling uses premium products such as Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Mortadella Bologna IGP, Prosciutto Crudo, and the dough is made from simple raw materials like eggs and flour. In keeping with authenticity, no flavors, preservatives, or breadcrumbs are added. The first written recipe dates back to 1300: a thin sheet wrapping a rich filling of meat and Parmigiano Reggiano. Today, with the same passion and respect for history, we continue to produce them. Ingredients: Dough: soft wheat flour type "00", eggs 27%, durum wheat semolina. Filling: pork meat 26%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24% (milk, salt, rennet), Mortadella Bologna IGP 21% (pork meat, pork tripe, salt, natural flavors, pepper, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), prosciutto crudo 18% (pork meat and salt), beef 9%, salt, nutmeg. May contain: pistachio, mustard, lupin, and soy. La Pasta di Celestino. It is important that the recipient ensures they are present for delivery.
