The Amaro Bonaventura "Herbs and Flowers" is inspired by our old Amaro Bonaventura from the last century, where flowers are the foundational element, our heritage. If Prime Uve Bianche is the expression of the vineyard from which it comes, with "Herbs and Flowers" we also combine the fragrant garden with the vineyard. In this amaro, which ideally represents a walk in a blooming garden, we find floral notes of geranium, rosewood, linden, and cornflower; accompanied by the bitterness of nettle and buckbean, and refreshed by citrus hints of orange and citron. The finish of the amaro is enriched by the sensations of apple and pear, typical of grape brandy.
