Description
This Champagne Barfontarc 100% noir is the result of a cooperative of 50 winemakers from the villages of Baroville, Fontaine, and Arconville. Vinified and aged in steel, it has a spicy nose with notes of candied fruit and almonds. On the palate, it is balanced and fresh, perfect for accompanying structured dishes like risottos. With a complete malolactic conversion, it offers flavors of red fruit with a slight spicy note. Ideal for an aperitif or as a companion to more elaborate dishes.
