Each edition features a main cru and a base vintage meticulously selected by Bollinger. This 100% Pinot Noir combines the richness of the Aÿ terroir with the exceptional quality of a wine produced in 2018. Made primarily with 2018 Reserve, the characteristic chalk of the Aÿ terroir plays a regulatory role in the maturation of the fruit. A natural gift, giving rise to its emblematic character. The 2018 Champagne season was marked by an early and abundant harvest. Despite the high temperatures, the chalk allowed the grapes to maintain concentration, natural ripeness, and the essential acidity to create a high-quality champagne. On tasting, it reveals gourmet notes of honey, ripe fruit, quince, and candied citrus. The dosage is Brut.
