Without added sugar, with a limited production of 600 bottles. The result of this meticulous process is a high-quality cuvée, elegant and sophisticated. The Pinot Noir contributes fruity notes and structure, while the Chardonnay imparts freshness and elegance to the wine. Thanks to the long resting period on the lees, the bouquet is enriched with complexity and depth, offering aromas that fully reveal themselves on the palate.
