Description
Cultivation: Maison Gardet was founded at the end of the 1800s and since then, tradition and evolution have been combined in the winemaking craft and champagne production, using the most innovative technologies while always strictly respecting the rules, tradition, and the environment. The connection with the original terroir remains very strong. The grapes used to produce this Brut Tradition are the result of careful selection and come from all over Champagne. This Champagne is the emblem of the savoir-faire of Maison Gardet. In the cellar: aging in steel with a stay on the lees in the bottle for at least 3 years. Characteristics: honey yellow in color, with notes of wheat and chalk exploding on the nose, accompanied by a lively freshness of white fruit aromas. On the palate, it presents with a nice acidity and a balance between flexibility and hardness, between the velvety sweetness of the Meuniers and the verticality of the Pinot Noir. A good balance of aromas, taste, and length. Pairings: the classic companion for a convivial aperitif with friends. (*) for the magnum format, inquire about availability and pricing.
