Description
Cultivation: Maison Gardet was founded at the end of the 1800s and since then, tradition and evolution have been combined in the winemaking craft and champagne production, using the most innovative technologies while always strictly respecting the rules, tradition, and the environment. The connection with the original terroir remains very close. In the cellar: aged on the lees in the bottle for at least 5 years. Characteristics: it has a pale yellow color with almost silvery reflections, with a delicately brioche nose that gradually gives way to the freshness of citrus, subtle notes of white flowers, yellow fruits (peach, apricot), and a hint of honey. The palate surprises with citrus freshness and minerality. Full and enveloping, it offers all the delicacy of Pinot Noir, while Chardonnay extends its elegant texture. Pairings: bold, it is a champagne that invites fashionable brunches, accompanying dinners and dishes based on cheese and other finger foods, scampi or lobster ravioli with saffron sauce.
