
Description
The Muscadet Vallet Cru is a high-quality gastronomic wine, produced with extreme attention to detail in the AOP region of Muscadet Sevre et Maine. The grapes used are 100% Melon de Bourgogne, grown on sandy and clay-siliceous soils with deep layers of micaschist. After a mechanical harvest at the optimal point of ripeness, the must undergoes pneumatic pressing and static cold settling. Subsequently, it is gravity-transferred into underground glass vats, typical of the Nantes area. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in a controlled manner at 16 ° -17 °C and the wine matures on fine lees for at least 30 months, exceeding the minimum requirement of 18 months. This rigorous process helps create a Muscadet that best expresses the characteristics of the territory and the grape variety, offering a unique and unforgettable experience to those who taste it.
