Riserva 80 40 is an exclusive Trentodoc label proposed in 2019 to honor the 80 years of Paolo Pedrotti and the 40 years of his Metodo Classico, first produced in 1979. 80 40 is enriched by 84 long months of aging on the lees. A waiting period that gives structure, while simultaneously enhancing all the elegance of a Reserve produced with mountain Chardonnay. Vintage 2011 produced in only 400 bottles.
