The long aging on the lees and its balanced cuvée make it a well-balanced product, capable of expressing its essence in every aspect. Its aromas, of yeasts and red fruits, enveloping and persistent, its flavors structured yet at the same time of great freshness, combine with a fine and persistent perlage and a color, both delicate and bright, fine and truly elegant.
