Variety: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Geographical location of the vineyards: Trentino Alto-Adige and Veneto regions. Aging: in oak barrels from the French central massif. The time spent in barrels varies depending on the harvests. Maturation on the lees: the contact time with the lees is studied and established based on the cuvées of each vintage. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Capacity: 750 ml, 375 ml. Tasting notes: a true sphere of softness and sweetness that caresses the palate with its roundness. Seductive and perfect at the end of a meal. The sweetest nectar of Villa Rinaldi. Enticing aromas of candied orange peel, carob, date, and honey stand out. Soft balsamic and spicy sensations reach the nose, of sweet tobacco and coffee derived from the precious aging in barrels. Perfect at the end of a meal with creamy and spoon desserts. Also exciting when paired with fresh goat cheeses and aged pecorino, preferably accompanied by strawberry tree honey. Refined pairing with foie gras. It is recommended to taste, if possible, in a crystal coupe at a serving temperature of 6°C.
