Color: light straw yellow with elegant green reflections. Aroma: very fruity, with notes of nectarine and peach and light tropical notes of mango and papaya. Taste: broad and full, with pleasant freshness, mineral sapidity, and delicate liveliness. PAIRINGS Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with raw fish, fresh or slightly aged cheeses, with fish and vegetable first courses, with white meats and fish-based main courses, whether fried or baked.
