Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, calf rennet, lactic ferments, selected molds. Aged with Fior d'Arancio Passito wine from Colli Euganei DOCG. Non-edible external decoration: candied orange cubes (sugar, orange peel (40%), glucose syrup)
