SÌ ROSATO is a rosé wine with a fruity flavor, elegant acidity, and a long aromatic persistence. It has an intense pink color, bright with some ruby hints, with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol, produced in the Calabrian territories and bottled in 0.75-liter glass bottles. Grape Variety and HarvestSÌ ROSATO is made with Arvino, Greco Nero, Magliocco Canino, Nerello Cappuccio grapes, harvested at an altitude of 500 meters. The grapes are picked around early October and after a careful manual selection, they are gently crushed and left to ferment in horizontal macerators at a controlled temperature for 5 to 10 hours in contact with the skins, then they are gently pressed, with static cold decantation of the must and removal of coarse lees. After bottling, it rests for another sixty days in the bottle.
