QUARTO is a white wine with a pleasant and persistent flavor that seduces the palate with its softness and inviting fresh acidic note. Golden yellow in color, with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol, produced in the Calabrian territories and bottled in 0.75-liter glass bottles. Awarded by GAMBERO ROSSO "BEREBENE" 2022. Grape Variety and HarvestQUARTO is made with Pecorello and Malvasia grapes, harvested at an altitude of 450-500 meters. The grapes are picked around the first to second decade of September, after a careful manual selection by our master harvesters, they are gently pressed, with static cold decantation of the must and removal of coarse lees. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with daily temperature control to impart freshness and a decisive character. After bottling, it rests for sixty days in the bottle.
