Blue wool headband Description Blue wool headband 100% Recycled Wool. Ribbed knit with a seamless closure at the back center. It features a SEAY label. Certified GRS + STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. Made in Italy. Material 100% Recycled Wool The yarn is 100% recycled and produced without new use of water and dyes, thanks to the careful hand sorting by the ragmen. The wool used for recycling comes from old garments (post-consumer). The old sweaters are selected by color and then reduced to fiber state through a carding process. The obtained material is then spun again, resulting in a pre-colored product that drastically reduces water consumption. Certifications GRS (Global Recycled Standard) Certification. The post-consumer recycled yarns are certified according to the GRS standard promoted by Textile Exchange, an international non-profit organization for responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector. The GRS ensures the recycled material content in products, both intermediate and finished, the maintenance of traceability throughout the entire production process, restrictions on the use of chemicals, and compliance with environmental and social criteria in all stages of the production chain. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® Certification, one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It is synonymous with customer assurance and high product safety.
