Davide's Garbato is a blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Ogliarola Messinese, and Biancolilla. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with hints of grass, sweet almond, and artichoke. The aftertaste is completed by notes of marjoram. The bitterness is very delicate and is followed by an extremely elegant spiciness.
