A truly typical product of Apulian festivities is certainly the calzone, a rustic dish much appreciated for its contrast between the strong taste of onion and the sweet taste of raisins. Uncle Pasquale has recreated it in the form of small taralli, crumbly and very tasty. Onion, sultana raisins, extra virgin olive oil, and Apulian white wine. It's hard to resist such a temptation, in just 280g. The paper bag is 100% recyclable.
