Put all the ingredients in a large mug.
Stir well with a teaspoon until you get a homogeneous mixture and add the previously cooled protein cream from the fridge
Cook in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes.
Let it cool for a few seconds, then enjoy the mug cake directly from the mug. If you want an even softer heart, check the cooking and reduce the time by 10-15 seconds if necessary.
