In a bowl, mix the altro polpette mix with cold water and oil.
Add the previously blended onion and garlic, parsley, spices, salt, and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce by combining Greek yogurt, a grated cucumber, a crushed garlic clove, the juice of half a lemon, and salt.
Mix and add a drizzle of oil.
After the time has passed, take the mixture and with the help of a spoon, wrap it around the skewer, giving it the typical kofta shape.
Put some oil in a non-stick pan and when it's hot, cook the kofta for about ¾ minutes per side.
All that's left is to plate with the sauce and enjoy them while still hot!
Serve with a yogurt and cucumber sauce for a very refreshing dish!
