Ingredients
- Flour (preferably spelt)
200g - Room temperature water
250g - Coconut oil or ghee
50g - Stevia
70g - Low-fat cocoa
30g - Vanilla baking powder
16g - Low-fat cocoa cream for toppingas needed
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the sugar with water and oil until dissolved.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Add the sifted flours and mix until you get a lump-free mixture.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Transfer into a baking pan lined with parchment paper (about 20x20cm).
- STEP 4 OF 5
Bake at 175 degrees for 25/30 minutes, checking with a toothpick test.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Let cool, add the chocolate cream on top, and serve.
