
In a bowl, mix the sugar with water and oil until dissolved.
Add the sifted flours and mix until you get a lump-free batter.
Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper (about 20x20cm).
Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25/30 minutes, checking with the toothpick test.
Let cool, add the chocolate cream on top, and serve.
