Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine oatmeal flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and brown sugar.
Add egg whites and mix well until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
With the help of a spoon, place portions of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shaping them into cookies.
