Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a tablespoon of batter to form the pancake.
Add the chocolate protein cream in the center of the surface.
Cover the cream with more batter by pouring another tablespoon on top.
When the edge of the pancake sets, gently flip and cook the other side until golden.
