Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Combine the light ricotta, egg, grated carrot, Speculoos flavored oat flour, baking powder, and stevia powder (if desired) in a bowl.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Pour the batter into a suitable mold and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Once baked, let it cool and fill with the spreadable Salted Caramel protein cream.
