Heat a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil.
Mix the oat flour well with the egg white and fruit puree in a bowl.
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, dark chocolate shavings, and 100% peanut butter cream.
