Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of coconut oil.
Mix well in a bowl the oat flour with the egg white and the fruit puree.
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side.
Decorate with fresh strawberries, dark chocolate flakes, and 100% peanut butter.
