A fresh, delicious, and fit dessert.
In a bowl, combine the oat flakes, water (or milk), and grated coconut.
Mix and let it rest in the fridge.
Once it has thickened, add the layer of yogurt and the dessert.
Place in the fridge until chilled.
Decorate as desired (for example with grated coconut and a slice of lemon).
For the light custard: 1 medium egg, 50g unsweetened soy milk or as preferred, 6g cornstarch, fresh untreated lemon, coconut sweetener or as preferred.
