In a bowl, combine the oatmeal flakes, water (or milk), and shredded coconut.
Mix and let it rest in the fridge.
Once it has thickened, add the yogurt layer and the dessert.
Place in the fridge until chilled.
Decorate as desired (for example, with shredded coconut and a slice of lemon).
For the light custard: 1 medium egg, 50g unsweetened soy milk or to taste, 6g cornstarch, untreated fresh lemon, coconut sweetener or to taste.
