A simple and quick dessert to prepare, perfect for a snack or a light dessert. The Bisco-Sandwich combines sweet biscuits with yogurt, grated coconut, and a delicious pistachio topping.
Take a biscuit and spread a teaspoon of yogurt on top.
Add a teaspoon of grated coconut on top of the yogurt.
If desired, add a bit of sweetener.
Cover with another biscuit to form a sandwich.
Melt the pistachio chocolate with a teaspoon of milk in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
Dip half of the sandwich into the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle a bit of grated coconut over the chocolate.
Place the sandwich in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.
