Mix oat flour with sweetener and water/milk in a small saucepan over low heat until creamy and free of lumps.
Transfer the prepared cream into a bowl.
Add half a jar of caramel protein dessert on top.
Decorate with hazelnut protein cream and chopped dark chocolate. Enjoy.
