  • Erythritolto taste
  • Egg1unit
  • Vanillato taste
  • Melted butter (or seed oil)50mL
  • Milk (including plant-based)100mL
  • All-purpose flour180g
  • Instant baking powder0.5unit
  • Sugar-free sour cherry jam4unit

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Cut the cherries in half and remove the pit, or slice the preferred fruit.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    In a non-stick pan, melt the butter, add a sprinkle of sugar, and arrange all the cherries.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    In a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, melted butter, milk, and mix.

    Also add sifted flour and baking powder and mix again with a whisk.

    Pour the mixture over the cherries and add the tablespoons of jam.
