  • Banana1unit
  • Low-fat cocoa2teaspoons
  • Baking powder1teaspoon
  • Strawberriesto taste
  • Coconut oil sprayto taste

Preparation

    Mash the banana and place it in a bowl.

  2. STEP 2 OF 7

    Add the eggs, flours, cocoa, and baking powder.

    Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture.

    Pour the mixture into a pan greased with coconut oil spray.

    Cook for 5 minutes without a lid on low heat.

    Add chopped strawberries on top.

    Cook the other side with the lid on for about 2-3 minutes.
