
Rinse the beans under cold water and pat dry.
Blend the beans with the egg white/vegan milk, flours, cocoa, and sweetener.
Add the raspberries and granules, then mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Cook in an air fryer at 175°C for 15-18 minutes (check with a toothpick!).
Let cool slightly and garnish with pistachio butter and pistachio granules.
Store in a cool, dry place
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Great as a post-workout snack!
