  • Egg white/veg milk80mL
  • Cocoa powder12g
  • Pistachio flour10g
  • Caramel oat flour15g
  • Zero drops with hazelnut spreadto taste
  • Raspberriesto taste
  • Pistachio granulesto taste
  • Pistachio butterto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Rinse the beans under cold water and pat dry.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Blend the beans with the egg white/veg milk, flours, cocoa, and sweetener.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Add the raspberries and granules, then mix well.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Cook in an air fryer at 175°C for 15-18 minutes (check with a toothpick!).

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    Let it cool slightly and garnish with pistachio butter and pistachio granules.
