Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric whisk.
Wash and dry the strawberries, then cut them in half.
Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with granulated sugar (also cane sugar) and arrange the strawberries over the entire tray.
Pour the batter and add a few tablespoons of strawberry jam.
Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and add a few tablespoons of hazelnut spread to make it even more delicious.
