Chop the cookies and soak them with a few tablespoons of milk, mix and form the base at the bottom of the glass.
In a pot, pour the plant-based milk with the hot chocolate mix and agar agar, cook while stirring continuously until it boils.
Pour into the glass and let it set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, garnish with granola and fresh fruit.
Store in the refrigerator.
