Sausage and potatoes with beer is a tasty and appetizing main course, served with a side dish: it is cooked in a pan in a very simple way. A recipe inspired by the classic oven combination, made more rustic and aromatic thanks to the beer.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and rinse them under running water.
In a pan, heat half of the oil and cook the potatoes with a sprig of rosemary, salt, and pepper.
In another pan, heat the remaining oil and brown the whole sausages.
Deglaze the sausages with half of the beer and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the potatoes to the pan with the sausages and deglaze with the remaining beer.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft and the sausages are well cooked.
