

Protein-rich and light pancakes made with banana, egg white, and oatmeal flour, ideal for breakfast or pre-workout. Lactose-free and with no added sugars.






Put banana, egg white, oatmeal flour, baking powder and powder/agave syrup in the blender or mixer.
Blend for about 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat a non-stick frying pan.
Pour the mixture little by little into the pan forming round disks.
Flip the pancakes as soon as bubbles form on the surface.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Garnish as desired with blueberries or other fruit and with Classic Swee-thy peanut butter.
