Protein crepes, quick and easy, ideal for breakfast. Low glycemic index, high in protein, lactose-free, and without added sugars if the indicated variants are used.

In a bowl, first combine the liquids: egg white and oat milk.
Add the dry ingredients (oat flakes flour) gradually while mixing with a whisk until a smooth batter is obtained without lumps.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with coconut oil.
Pour a portion of batter and cook the crepe for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve and decorate with fresh fruit, dried fruits, and low carb Gianduia Swee-thy protein cream or other cream to taste.
To eliminate lactose, use a plant-based drink instead of milk and a nut butter or the Vegan Gianduia protein cream instead of the traditional cream.
