

Duck breasts with mustard are a delicious meat dish in which the duck breasts are marinated in Cognac and then pan-cooked with a creamy mustard sauce. The final result is a succulent and aromatic dish, perfect to serve as a main course.
In a hot pan, put a little extra-virgin olive oil and the duck breasts
Turn them 2 or 3 times over 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper
Pour in the Cognac and flambé
In the same pan, add the butter and when it is foaming, add the mustard dissolved in a little cream
When the mixture is creamy, put the breasts back on the heat
Remove them from the pan, slice them, and cover them with the remaining sauce
