Description

Burro La Bottera is made with fresh cream from centrifuged milk strictly of Italian origin. It has a yellow color, like homemade butter used to be, more or less dark depending on the cows' diet, with an intense aroma of milk and cream. Burro La Bottera is ideal for preparing many dishes of Italian cuisine and numerous desserts. Pairings: excellent superior class butter, to be enjoyed pure on bread or as an ingredient in many recipes. Storage: keep refrigerated, cover with transparent film. Processing: butter is the fatty part of milk obtained by centrifugation which separates the butter from the buttermilk. Once cooled, the butter becomes solid. Maturation: 25.
