Description: The vinification is carried out traditionally, fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months. The color is bright garnet. On the nose it is fruity, enveloping, with notes of ripe jam, plums, ash, and tamarind. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied, with vigorous tannins and a savory final trail. Recommended pairing with meat-based first courses or risottos with mushrooms, red meats, roasts, game, braised dishes, and aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20° C.
