The buffalo stracciata is made of 50% buffalo mozzarella (shredded, cut) and 50% cow cream, salt, and rennet. The cream is UHT, meaning it is pasteurized at 140°C (it is not produced by us but is of high quality). Very similar to burrata. It is available pre-packaged in 250-gram jars. ADVANTAGES Ready-to-use product. The product is very versatile. It can be eaten with a spoon or used in countless ways in the kitchen. It perfectly suits first courses, main courses, and is ideal for stuffing delicious bruschettas. STORAGE It should be kept in the fridge at a recommended temperature of about 4°C, the ideal temperature for optimal enjoyment.
