The cream is UHT, meaning pasteurized at 140° (it is not produced by us but is of high quality). Very similar to burrata. It is available pre-packaged, in jars of 250 grams. ADVANTAGES: Ready-to-use product. The product is very versatile. It can be eaten by spoon or used for a thousand purposes in the kitchen. It fits perfectly with first courses, second courses, and is ideal for filling tasty bruschetta.
