The cream is UHT, meaning it is pasteurized at 140° (not produced by us but of high quality). Very similar to burrata. It is available pre-packaged in 250 gram jars. Ready-to-use product. The product is very versatile. It can be eaten with a spoon or used in many ways in the kitchen. It pairs perfectly with first courses, main dishes, and is ideal for stuffing tasty bruschettas. It should be stored in the fridge at about 4°C, the ideal temperature to enjoy it at its best.
