The Braised Tortelli 250g from Sapori di Valeggio are made from fresh egg pasta obtained by mixing wheat flours and pasteurized egg mix, and then filled with stuffing.

PASTA 50%: wheat flour type "0", durum wheat semolina, egg mix 18%, water.
FILLING 50%: braised beef 80%, grana cheese (milk, salt, rennet), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type "0", yeast, salt), salt, nutmeg, pepper, rosemary, vegetable extracts, natural flavors, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, celery, carrots).
