The artichoke hearts from Puglia in extra virgin olive oil by BuondiOli are processed with a very low percentage of vinegar. This makes them perfect for seasoning pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, and appetizers, as well as a classic side dish. Given their delicate taste, I recommend using them also in risottos or fried in batter, just as if they were fresh! They are available in a 230g glass jar.
